Another great new sewing book is out; The Busy Girl's Guide to Sewing. This book follows the journey of a girl learning to sew, so as well as easy patterns (to fit into any busy girl's life) it also talks about how the lifestyle behind crafting. This has already been put at the top of my Amazon wishlist!

There is a new women's lifestyle magazine on the horizon and it's going to be brilliant! Lionheart Magazine is the baby of Bristol based writer Helen Martin who was fed up of feeling like real women weren't being portrayed in the media and wanted to create something beautiful for women to aspire to.
